JURDIL adalah suatu standar pemantauan pemilu yang dipercaya sebagai independen, akurat dan netral. Dikembangkan pada saat tiga Pemilu di tahun 2004, standar ini dikembangkan oleh NDI bersama dengan mitra lokalnya diantaranya adalah LP3ES, Yappika dan JAMPPI. Terbukti, prediksi perolehan suara dalam Pemilu 2004 yang dilakukan oleh mitra JURDIL sangatlah akurat. JURDIL is an election monitoring standard that is trusted as independent, accurate, and neutral. Developed during the three Indonesian elections in 2004, the standard was developed by NDI and its partners, including LP3ES, Yappika and JAMPPI. Penghitungan Suara Cepat (Quick Count) atau juga dikenal Tabulasi Suara Paralel (Parallel Vote Tabulation) merupakan salah satu metode yang berguna untuk memantau proses pemungutan suara. Metodologi Quick Count tidak hanya melihat hasil pemilu, tetapi juga menawarkan gambaran umum yang secara statistik valid akan kualitas dari proses pemilu.
